Steps

  1. Sign into your Account
  2. Click the Account Settings icon (gear) on the left-hand side of your screen
  3. Click Payment
  4. Click the Pencil icon next to the Payment section
  5. Enter your new payment information
  6. Click Update.

Additional Notes

  • The account portal is through Republic Wireless.
  • Updating credit card info for Relay will also update payment info for Republic Wireless, if you also have a Republic account.
  • Only account owners can update payment information on an account
  • If updating your billing address, you'll need to re-enter your credit card information as well
