What's needed?

  • Online Account Portal
  • Credit card


  1. Sign into your Online Account Portal
  2. Click Update Credit Card in the banner
  3. Click the Pencil icon next to the Payment section
  4. Enter your new payment information, then click Update
  5. You'll see a notification and receive an email to confirm that we've received your payment, saved your new payment info, and (if applicable) reinstated your account

Additional Notes

  • The payment information will still need to be updated if you are attempting to use the same card on file. 
  • Keep in mind that payment is automatically attempted when the card on file is updated.
