When an order fails there are many possible reasons. Failed orders are automatically closed and cancelled. There is no way for a user or Relay Support to repair and/or revive the order.


  1. Retry Order - If the order resulted in error, the best course of action is to place the order again.
  2. Check with Bank - If the order continues to fail, please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method.
  3. Reach out to Support - Once your bank confirms there's not an issue with card being used, please contact support via the "Help" link in your Relay app or by emailing support@relaygo.com
