- Go to your Relay online account by visiting relaygo.com/families.
- Login by clicking "Account" and using your existing account email address and password.
- Once logged in, click on "Account Info"--this will bring up all of the Relay devices that are associated with your account.
- Select the Relay you want to add to the Annual Plan by clicking the "Sign up now"
- You will then click on the "Submit" button to queue up the payment on your next billing cycle date.
- This is a 1-time charge for 12 months of service. Service cancellations requested within 12 months will not result in a pro-rated refund. You'll be charged on your next bill cycle date, for 12 months at the discounted rate. This purchase is non-refundable. Taxes and telecom fees are estimated.
- If you have multiple Relays associated with your account, you will need to perform this action for each of those devices.
- If you add a Relay to your account after already having a device on the Annual Plan, you will need to activate initially at the monthly rate and then add the Annual Plan after successfully activating your new device.
