Go to your Relay online account by visiting relaygo.com/families.
Login by clicking "Account" and using your existing account email address and password.
Once logged in, click on "Account Info"--this will bring up all of the Relay devices that are associated with your account.
Select the Relay you want to add to the Annual Plan by clicking the "Sign up now"
You will then click on the "Submit" button to queue up the payment on your next billing cycle date.
This is a 1-time charge for 12 months of service. Service cancellations requested within 12 months will not result in a pro-rated refund. You'll be charged on your next bill cycle date, for 12 months at the discounted rate. This purchase is non-refundable. Taxes and telecom fees are estimated.
If you have multiple Relays associated with your account, you will need to perform this action for each of those devices.
If you add a Relay to your account after already having a device on the Annual Plan, you will need to activate initially at the monthly rate and then add the Annual Plan after successfully activating your new device.
