Steps:

  1. Ensure your device is on the specific chat that a member is attempting to message you on. 
  2. Enable notifications for the Relay app within the settings of your smartphone. 
  3. Uninstall then reinstall the Relay app on your phone, ensure to grant access to the requested permissions upon opening the app after re-installation.
