After performing a recent update, the Relay App may be stuck on the activation screen. In order to solve this issue, let’s try to perform the steps below.
- Tap on the "⋮" icon
(located in the top right corner)
- Tap Sign out
- Sign back into your Relay account
FYI: Simply logging out and logging back in could easily resolve your issue; however, if this does not resolve the issue, please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
