- Sign into your Online Account Portal by visiting Relaygo.com/families and clicking on the "Account" link. Use your existing Relay account credentials to login to your account
- Click Payment in the drop down menu
- Scroll down to the Payment Information section
- Enter your new payment information, then click Update payment
- You'll see a notification and receive an email to confirm that we've received your payment, saved your new payment info, and (if applicable) reinstated your account
- The payment information will still need to be updated if you are attempting to use the same card on file.
- Keep in mind that payment is automatically attempted when the card on file is updated.
