1. Sign into your Online Account Portal by visiting and clicking on the "Account" link. Use your existing Relay account credentials to login to your account

  2. Click Payment in the drop down menu

  3. Scroll down to the Payment Information section

  4. Enter your new payment information, then click Update payment

  5. You'll see a notification and receive an email to confirm that we've received your payment, saved your new payment info, and (if applicable) reinstated your account

Additional Notes

  • The payment information will still need to be updated if you are attempting to use the same card on file. 

  • Keep in mind that payment is automatically attempted when the card on file is updated.
