Note: This can only bed performed on Relays that are on Sprint's network.
- Open the Relay app
- Under the Direct Chat list, tap on the Relay device
- Tap on the Settings tab at the top of the screen
- Tap Cell Network
- Tap the toggle to the right of 4G LTE
(Green indicates the setting is On, and grey indicates that the setting is Off)
- When enabled, the Relay can connect to 4G LTE networks
- Disabling this setting can allow for stronger cellular connections
