Each SIM is internationally identified by its integrated circuit card identifier (ICCID). ICCIDs are stored in the SIM cards and are also engraved or printed on the SIM card body. The number is up to 22 digits long! 

Steps:

From the SIM card

  1. Power off your Relay
  2. Insert the SIM removal tool into the hole on the side of your Relay to eject the SIM card tray.
    (Note: the SIM card tray is on the side of the Relay near the headset jack port, opposite of the Power and Volume buttons)
  3. Pull the SIM card tray out
  4. Remove the SIM card from the tray 
  5. Provide the numbers from the top two rows on the SIM card in your Help Ticket
  6. Insert the tray back into your Relay ensuring to place it back on the tray with with the gold contacts facing up
  7. Power on your Relay

From the Relay app

Only account owners or admins are able to access this information from the app

  1. Open the Relay app
  2. Under the Direct Chat list, tap on Relay in question
  3. Tap on the Settings icon at the top of the screen
  4. On the next screen, scroll down until you About Device 
  5. The ICCID number will be listed next to ICCID

Additional Notes

  • If you do not have a SIM removal tool, feel free to use a safety pin or a thin paperclip. 

Please note the tray is fragile
