The IMEI/MEID helps support locate your Relay in our systems. Support may ask for this in certain circumstances.

Steps

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click on the Relay tab
  3. Scroll to the Relay in question
  4. Locate the line titled Relay Information.  The IMEI/MEID number is also called a Device ID and is the 15 digit number listed here

Or if you haven't activated your Relay yet

You can verify the IMEI by looking on the sticker attached to the back of the Relay when it's first taken out of the box, looking at the line titled IMEI or looking at the sticker on the box the Relay unit came in to identify the IMEI of the Relay.
