Steps:

  1. Press and hold the Power button for up to one minute
  2. If Relay has not powered on, connect the Relay to the charger for at least 30 minutes (the LED light may not appear)
  3. After 30 minutes, press and hold the Power button for upwards of one minute
  4. If still no signs of life, perform a factory reset 
  5. Contact support if the issues persists either in the Relay app or by emailing support@relaygo.com
