- If capable, use a different Relay on the same channel to transmit message to the disconnected Relay
- Move to an area that has proper Cell coverage or a WiFi signal (stepping outside of a building may help)
- Try removing and reinserting the SIM card
- If still an issue, try factory resetting the Relay
