This typically occurs when an individual attempts to send a message when no one else is on the same channel. This will also occur when the Relay app user does not have the app open or when the Relay user you are trying to reach does not have a data connection on their Relay.

If there are multiple individuals assigned to a channel, and atleast one of the individuals who are being messaged is on the same channel and has a connection, the individual sending the message will have their message succesfully sent.

  1. Ensure that your Relay(s) or app(s) are on the same channel. 
  2. Ensure that the other party has their Relay app open or their Relay has a data connection
