Steps:

  1. Verify that volume has been adjusted
  2.  Restart the Relay
  3. Change the channel of the Relay to the Music, Echo, or Translate channel and verify if there's any playback from the Relay's speaker  
  4. Plug in headphones and see if you can hear audio
  5. If there is still no audio from Relay, perform a factory reset and test again. If audio is not heard from speaker after a factory reset, contact Relay support in the Relay app or by emailing support@relaygo.com
