The Relay requires some kind of connection (WiFi or Cellular) to send out a Channel Alert. If the Relay does not have a connection the message will not be able to be sent. If the Relay does have a connection and you receive the error message "Alert Not Sent," please proceed with the steps below:
- Attempt to talk on the Relay to confirm that you have a connection to the network
- Restart the Relay
Usually when app users experience lack of notifications, it is not the Relay but the phone that is not playing the notification. Make sure you do not have the phone in "Do not disturb" and check the notification setting of your phone.
